Welcome to Center for Shared Insight

Center for Shared Insight’s rates are comparable to other doctoral level therapists in the Denver, Colorado area with similar training and expertise

Rates:

New Client / Initial Evaluation (55 min) - $210

Individual Therapy (45-50 min) - $185

Extended Individual Session (75-80 min) - $296

Group Therapy (90 min) - $75/week for a minimum of 12 weeks

***Please note that while sessions are 45-50 and 75-80 minutes in length, the last 5 minutes of session will be devoted to wrapping up the session and finalizing any scheduling and billing issues. Sessions lasting longer than the allotted time will be billed on a prorated basis based on the rate of your session. Please ask about rates for EMDR only/adjunctive therapy sessions. Fees may change over the course of your treatment.

All sessions cancelled any less than 24 hours before your appointment or if you fail to show for your scheduled appointment without notice ("no show"), excluding emergency situations, will result in your credit card being charged for the full amount of your session. Not showing or late cancelling for two or more sessions may result in you losing your scheduled time.

Center for Shared Insight has tried to make payment of your fees as simple as possible. Payment in the form of cash, check or credit card are accepted.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and
hospital fees.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.
