Group Therapy for Divorce Recovery - Now Meeting Online!
Are you having a difficult time coping after separating from a spouse or moving through a divorce? Divorce Recovery is a process-oriented group that focuses on helping women cope with the many emotions and experiences that come up during a divorce - for you and for your kids. There are many unknowns in the process - from when and how to separate, how to set up a parenting agreement, when to file, how to enhance the possibility that you can have a healthy co-parenting relationship, and how to navigate your divorce in a way that you will feel good about on the other side.
Divorce Recovery helps you navigate the emotions of all of the divorce steps, help you clarify your intentions that will guide your decisions, talk about your divorce long after your friends and family communicate, "Aren't you over that yet?".
This group goes a step beyond a traditional divorce support group - it helps members recognize patterns within their previous relationships, build insight, and learn new ways of being in relationships, by strengthening the essential relationship with themselves.
